Any deposits paid towards the purchase of a puppy is non refundable unless problems arrise with that said litter and a puppy is not available, in such instance the Buyer would have the right to have the deposit refunded or deposit be placed on the next litters waiting list.
The dog is purebred and pedigree is correct and given at time of sale. Dog is registrable with the AKC.
We DO NOT sell our puppies for future breeding purposes but as family pets only! this is to ensure that none of our pups end up in puppy mills, your AKC registration will show as limited Registration which means no breeding.
This puppy is sold with no known health or genetic defects. The general health of this puppy is guaranteed for five working days through the examination by a veterinarian at the option and expense of the buyer. If the puppy is found to be of unsatisfactory health and written documentation of the condition is presented, the seller shall, provided living dog and it’s registration papers are returned replace the dog with the next available like prospect. No cash refunds will be made.
This animal is guaranteed to be free of hereditary crippling/disabling defects apparent by 12 months of age. Determination of what constitutes a hereditary defect is to be by the unanimous agreement of two veterinarians agreeable to both parties. One of these veterinarians is to be a tenured faculty member of an accredited university veterinary teaching hospital or Board Certified in the applicable specialty. Cost of the options is to be assumed by the buyer. If a defect is determined a either a replacement will be made upon the death of the dog. We do not guarantee against demodex or entropia.
The breeder is not responsible for any vet bills or medication after the sale. The immunization records, health certificate, and de-worming records are included as part of this agreement.
Buyer agrees to: Annual veterinary checkups, including heartworm check; to keep all immunizations current according to AVMA guidelines; to properly administer heartworm preventative; to provide adequate housing according to state law; to confine the animal in a fenced yard or kennel run, or walk on a leash but not confine on a rope or chain.
If at any time this animal is abused or neglected or ends up in a shelter or animal rescue, the Breeder immediately takes ownership of the animal and the buyer forfeits ownership of the animal.
This agreement is binding upon parties hereto, their heirs, successors and assigns, and shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the state of AR. Any legal actions or disputes will be resolved in the county of Madison, AR. This is the final agreement. All other agreements are merged into this agreement. Any further agreements will be in writing.
All transportation expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.

We will gladly provide phone and email support for the life of your pet. If for any reason at any time you are unable to care for him/her, he is always welcome back.
